I witnessed a very disturbing attitude of some Executives of the Eastern region during the vetting of the Afram Plains South Parliamentary aspirants. I picked on only that Constituency because it is one of the NDC’s strong holds which has lately seen a lot of bashing on the backs of its MP, Joseph Appiah Boateng.  The incumbent on his first attempt did not belong to any branch or obtained a party card but in just 2 months was allowed to contest even with criminal records which the Former General Secretary, Mr. Asiedu Nketia jaws prevy to and made some very genuine claims about this same MP, Joseph Appiah Boateng,Hon. Maxwell Asare Ampadu ( a.k.a Afram Tiger) has successfully submitted his nomination form to contest the parliamentary primaries of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the Afram Plains south constituency of the Eastern region. The NDC will conduct its parliamentary primaries elections from Friday 25th August, 2023 to Saturday 26th August,2023 respectively in the current eighteen (18) constituency cleared to conduct their primaries after resolving numerous issues in those comstituencies.
