E/R: DISCRIMINATION IN SALES OF PREMIX FUEL IN KWAHU KOTOSO AND ITS ENVIRONS ALLEGATION BY FISHER FOLKS NOT TRUE BY COORDINATOR MR MICHAEL BAAH

The socio-political show Mpu ne Mpu host of the reigning radio station in the Eastern region Afram fm 103.3 MHz and Gadeka TV respectively  in the Kwahu Afram Plains south District specifically located in Kwahu Tease the District Capital has come across some allegations by some fisher folks in the kwahu kotoso and its environs about bad practices been exhibited by the Landing Beach Premix fuel sellers in Kwahu kotoso to the fisher folks when the premix fuel arrived  in kwahu kotoso also the Eastern region of Ghana.

A visit by Torgbui Gadeka the socio-political show host on the above mention media houses on Tuesday, 9th February, 2021 has revealed the allegation by the fisher folks that is those responsible in the sales of the premix fuel to them are been discriminatory thereby selling to those who are not fisher folks and only NPP party faithful.

We decided to move further in order to find the truth in their allegations towards the sales of the premix fuel in the Kwahu kotoso landing beach by speaking with the Premix coordinator Mr. Michael Baah who spoke with us on the said allegation and also invited our team to be present at the sales of the premix fuel when it arrives at the kotoso landing beach.

He added that he was surprised to have heard this allegations from the some fisher folks in the area because even thou there are problems in the sales of premix nationwide; he has made proper arrangements for sales of premix fuel in his area of coordinating and those allegations are all false and has no iota of truth in it.

Mr. Michael Baah further making his clarifications said he knew the purpose for the supply of the said fuel and it is solely for the fisher folks and so it must be. i always make sure everybody gets his or her fuel in only they are present even if when there is an indications of shortage at the landing beach he added



Torgbui Gadeka finding the truth behind those allegations by some fisher folks and clarifications by the Premix coordinator Mr. Michael Baah; we decided to witness the sales of the premix fuel in the area and on Tuesday 17th,18th and 19th February, 2021, Torgbui Gadeka and his team were on ground to fetch out the truth in the premix brouhaha.

 We have seen that among the a lot landing beaches whom we have visited in the course finding out how premix fuel is been sold, we have seen that Kotoso and its environs have a proper laid down procedures in the sales of the premix fuel and must be cherished as such. We have seen that even those who did not get their fuel on the first day has been sorted out even the next day in as the there is a shortage of the fuel.

The team present unaware and invisible at Kwahu Kotoso landing beach were impressed with the arrangement by the coordinator and been implemented by the sellers or pump attendants.

The socio-political show (Mpu- ne -Mpu) host and multiple award winner Torgbui Gadeka of Afram FM 103.3mhz and Gadeka TV can say and prove that those allegations per our invisible visit and presence at the pump or landing beach are not true and it might be an unfortunate incidence on that occurred on some days back in the sales of the premix fuel that yielded to such allegations from the fisher folks and any inconveniences has been resolved for good sales atmosphere for selling and buying in the Kwahu Kotoso landing beach.

I will also urged all coordinators nationwide to resort to this proper arrangement procedures implemented by Kwahu Kotoso premix coordinator Mr. Michael Baah to avoid numerous premix fuel brouhaha in the nation which in some landing Beach is a hell.
